4 nights & 3 days of riding or bespoke itinerary

The Old Cook’s House South Downs Way package

Package includes:
– 4 nights accommodation (3 nights at the Old Cook’s House 1 in Lewes)
– Secure car parking whilst on tour – if driving
– Pick up from Haslemere station (50mins from London Waterloo) – if arriving by train
– Transfer to the start in Winchester on Day 1 and back to The Old Cook’s House at the end of the day
– Transfer back to The Old Cook’s house on day 3 from Eastbourne where you left your car.
– Bike cleaning
– Drinks & Snacks along the way
– Qualified British Cycling leader and outdoor first aider on hand if needed
– Emergency Backup Vehicle support
– Luggage transfer
– Emergency bike for any major mechanical failures if unable to get your bike fixed (STA)

All packages require a non refundable deposit of £150.
Balance payment is due 60 days before the first day of the trip
This is payable via BACS
Receipt of payment means you have read and understand our standard Terms and Conditions.
In order to comply with EU Travel Regulations 1992 your deposit & final payment will be held in a separate account until your holiday is completed. This is to ensure the financial security of your holiday.
If the holiday or weekend is not filled then we hold the right to cancel or postpone.
